Denzel loves to help clients build their businesses and achieve their business goals. To this end, he
brings deep corporate and transactional experience to bear in Feig Finkel’s entertainment practice, with a
particular emphasis on corporate formation and governance, VC financing, service agreements, and M&A.

In addition to his work with Feig Finkel, Denzel maintains an active practice meeting the legal needs of
solopreneurs, startups, and small-to-mid-sized corporate clients. Prior to joining Feig Finkel, Denzel was a
corporate associate in the Washington D.C. office of a California-based global law firm. Earlier, he was an
associate and law clerk at a New York-based international law firm, where he handled finance and
investment management matters as well as corporate work for nonprofit organizations. His
representations have ranged in size from NDAs for independent filmmakers to billion-dollar private equity
transactions.

Prior to law school, Denzel recorded and performed as an independent rap artist in the tri-state area.

Denzel received his A.B. in Comparative Literature at Princeton University and a J.D. from New York
University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia. Denzel
is highly proficient in Spanish.
